At Indicold, we immersed ourselves in a day-long workshop on “Culture,” spearheaded by Rohit Bhagat. As a growing entity, the timing of this workshop couldn’t have been better. It provided an invaluable opportunity for us to discover ourselves and learn immensely from one another. The event was a perfect platform for expressing ourselves, reinforcing our goals, and engaging in insightful and introspective activities.
The day was filled with incredible engagement and fun as we drew, wrote, acted, laughed, and shared. More importantly, we imagined and created together, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration. This enriching experience not only strengthened our understanding of our collective culture but also inspired us to continue our journey with renewed enthusiasm and shared vision. The Culture Workshop at Indicold was truly a memorable and impactful event, paving the way for a more cohesive and dynamic team.
